Summary

Fixes an issue where QuaggaJS failed to display the video feed due to initializing on hidden DOM elements and unreleased camera streams. Consolidates redundant modal CSS declarations.

  • Visible Target: Set .library-scan-reader-wrap to display: block before invoking Quagga.init().
